Keys History & Discovery Center Expands Social Media Presence
Added You Tube Channel, Lecture Recordings
Check out the new YouTube Channel, Keys History & Discovery Center, which houses the Discovery Center’s ever-expanding digital media offerings, include lectures and Facebook Live virtual visits.
While Keys History & Discovery Center remains closed due to the pandemic, the staff continues to provide engaging and educational offerings. In addition to the daily posts on Facebook, viewers can tune in three times a week for a live virtual visit. Mondays at 1 p.m., hear from Mote Marine Laboratory’s Aquarium Biologist Blake Terry. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m., Curator Brad Bertelli gives a history lesson about the Florida Keys.

Viewers will be able to interact with the speaker and participate in a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
