Panel will be moderated by Board Chairman Richard Russell. Confirmed is Lynn Walker, author of Midnight Calling: A Memoir of a Drug Smuggler’s Daughter; and M. Dennis Taylor, author of Smuggler’s Times: Smuggling in the Days of Marijuana Prohibition.
